How do I choose the right size radiator for my room?
To select the perfect radiator, you need to calculate the BTU (British Thermal Unit) requirement for your space. This depends on room dimensions, window types, and wall insulation. We recommend using our online BTU calculator to ensure your new radiator provides sufficient heat.
What is the standard delivery timeframe for large radiators?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Because radiators are heavy and fragile, we use specialized couriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do your radiators come with valves and wall brackets?
All our radiators include a standard wall mounting kit and air vents. However, radiator valves are sold separately to allow you to choose a style and orientation (angled or straight) that matches your specific pipework and decor.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused radiators in their original packaging. Please note that due to the weight of the items, return shipping fees may apply. Once inspected at our warehouse, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Are your radiators compatible with heat pumps and low-temperature systems?
Yes, many of our modern aluminum and designer radiators are designed to work efficiently with low-temperature systems like air-source heat pumps. We recommend checking the specific technical specifications of each model for output details at lower flow temperatures.
