We want you to be completely satisfied with your heating solution. If your radiator isn't the perfect fit, you can return it in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the radiator in its original box with all mounting brackets and valves included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
